Reporting Vendors.

Our top priority is to ensure that CuteMesh.com is a safe marketplace. We are always ready to help if you can’t resolve a problem directly, or if you think a Vendor has violated one of our policies. We hold Vendors to a high standard, as illustrated in our Vendor code of conduct. As such, we’d like to be notified immediately of any violations. Here are a few examples of when to report a Vendor:

• They’re contacting you excessively or behaving inappropriately.
• They’re making additional demands, such as an extra payment outside of CuteMesh.com.
• They’re abusing the product listing process (listing false products or incorrectly describing them, for example).
• You believe they are misusing the CuteMesh.com platform (by listing prohibited items, for example).
• You believe they are making a false claim or committing fraud.
