My Wallet.

The ↗ My wallet tab in your Customer dashboard is where you can manage your eWallet – a system that allows you to store your money in a digital wallet to purchase products from our marketplace. This is super convenient because it means you don’t have to fill in payment details every time you checkout. As a bonus, you will also earn cashback simply for using your wallet money! Wallet topup

To add money to your wallet, click the ↗ Wallet topup menu tab. Enter the amount you would like to add to your wallet, then click the Add button and checkout as if you were purchasing any other product. Once processed, the amount will be added to your wallet’s balance, ready to be spent on your next order.

 

Wallet transfer

You can also send your wallet money to someone else using the transfer function. Select who you would like to send the money to, and the amount, then click the Proceed to transfer button. A transfer charge of 1%  applies.

 

Transactions

To view your wallet transaction history, visit the ↗ Transactions menu tab. This will display all of your wallet’s activity.

 

Coupons

If you receive a wallet coupon, the ↗ Coupon menu tab is where you are able to redeem it. Simply enter the coupon code into the textbox provided and click the Redeem coupon button. The coupon amount will be automatically added to your wallet, as long as you meet the coupon restrictions (such as expiry date or usage limit).

Note: You can make a partial payment using your wallet money. If your order total is higher than what you have available in your wallet, the wallet balance will be deducted first, then rest of the balance will need to be paid via another method.
