RMA Requests

The ↗ RMA Requests tab is where you can view all of the RMA requests you have submitted (read this article for more info).

When you click the View button on a request, you will be taken to a page that will display all of the request details.

You will also be able to chat to the Vendor using our messaging system. You can send as many messages as you like (while abiding by our communication policy) and the entire conversation will be recorded in this one thread.
