How to submit an RMA request.

If you have purchased a product with a warranty, you can submit an RMA request from the ↗ Orders tab of your Customer dashboard by clicking the Request warranty button.

On the new page that loads, tick the checkbox next to the item in question. Then select the type of refund or replacement, select the reason why, provide additional details and then click the Submit request button. Once submitted, you will be able to view all RMA requests in the ↗ RMA requests tab of your Customer dashboard (read this article for more info on managing requests).
