How to submit reviews.

A review is feedback offered by a customer regarding a product or service that they have purchased or experienced. It allows you to be heard, and to hear what other customers have to say. Almost all of us seek out reviews from others before making a purchase, in order to help us make an informed decision. This is because reviews help establish a business’s trust, and filter out businesses that have a terrible reputation. CuteMesh.com customers can leave reviews of products, and reviews of stores. This feedback consists of a 1 – 5 star rating and a comment, which can be positive, neutral or negative. The higher the star rating, the better the product or store is.

Product reviews

A product review is feedback regarding a specific product. If Vendors have enabled product reviews, then a “Reviews” section will display on the product page. To leave a review, select a star rating, write a comment and then click Submit. Only logged in customers who have purchased the product may leave a review. Reviews are screened by CuteMesh.com prior to publishing, and Vendors cannot edit or delete reviews.

Store reviews

A store review is feedback regarding a specific store or Vendor, perhaps regarding the overall ordering experience or level of service. You can review a store by visiting the reviews section of the store and clicking the Write review button, then selecting a star rating, providing a review title, writing your feedback and clicking Submit. Only a customer that has actually bought from the store can leave a review, and each customer can only post one review per store. Vendors cannot edit or moderate their store’s reviews, but customers can edit their own reviews.
