This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the guidelines and restrictions for all users, including buyers and sellers, accessing and utilizing our multi-vendor e-commerce platform (hereafter referred to as “the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, all users agree to abide by the terms of this AUP, which is an integral part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of access.

  • Obscene, explicit, or sexually suggestive material, particularly child sexual exploitation or abuse.
  • Harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or encouraging dangerous activities.
  • Misinformation, fake news, or content designed to deceive or mislead others.
• Security Violations: Any activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform, networks, or systems, including:
  • Unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
  • Introducing viruses, malware, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Platform or disrupting other users’ access.
  • Performing denial-of-service attacks or network abuse.
• Spam and Messaging Abuse: Sending unsolicited mass emails or other messages (spam), phishing, or spoofing the identity of others.
• Privacy Violations: Disclosing or distributing other users’ personal information without their consent.

3. Vendor-specific policies

In addition to the general prohibitions, vendors must adhere to the following:

• Accurate Product Descriptions: Product descriptions must be truthful, complete, and accurately represent the items for sale.
• Compliance with Regulations: Vendors must comply with all applicable regulations related to product safety, labeling, and import/export restrictions.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Products offered for sale must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
• Data Handling: Vendors must handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. User responsibilities

• Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Security: Users must take reasonable steps to secure their accounts and devices against unauthorized access and malicious software.
• Reporting Violations: Users should promptly report any violations of this AUP or suspicious activities to the Platform’s designated reporting channels.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Monitor user activity to ensure compliance with this AUP.
• Investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
• Remove content or disable access that violates the policy.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of illegal activity.

6. Consequences of violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Content removal or editing.
• Temporary or permanent suspension or termination of user accounts.
• Withholding of funds or other financial penalties.
• Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Legal action to recover damages suffered by the Platform or other users.

7. Policy review and updates
