For Buyers:

2. Place Orders using secure payment options (Paystack, mobile money, E-Wallet).
   
3. Track Orders via their dashboard.
   
4. Request Refunds under defined policies if unsatisfied.

For Vendors:

1. Register & Create a Storefront for free.
   
2. List Products or Services with pricing, photos, and descriptions.
   
3. Receive Orders and fulfill them within agreed timeframes.
   
4. Get Paid Weekly after deducting platform and transaction fees.
