CuteMesh.com is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform designed to connect buyers with trusted sellers and service providers across fashion, handmade products, textiles, craft supplies, digital patterns, and more. We’re committed to promoting quality, originality, and customer satisfaction.

Our platform offers a centralized space where vendors can showcase and sell a wide range of products and services through various modules, including:

  • Marketplace (fixed-price listings)
  • Auctions
  • Freelance & Services
  • Job Listings
  • Event Listings
  • Rentals
  • Grocery Sales

2. Vendor Eligibility Criteria

Step 1: Create a Vendor Account

Step 2: Complete KYC Verification

We require vendors to verify their identity for safety and compliance.
 Submit the following:

  • Government-issued ID or business registration certificate
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Bank or mobile money details for payouts

Step 4: Set Up Your Vendor Dashboard

After approval, access your personalized Vendor Dashboard:

  • Add your logo and store banner
  • Write a short store bio and seller policy (e.g., return policy, processing time)
  • Set your store currency, shipping options, and preferred payment method

Step 5: List Your Products

Start uploading your items:

  • Clear product title and description
  • High-quality photos (3–5 per item recommended)
  • Price, quantity, variations (if any), and shipping options
  • Choose correct categories and tags
  • All listings must follow the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

💡 Tip: Use keywords buyers would search for (e.g., “hand-dyed cotton fabric”).

Step 6: Preview and Publish

Review your listings and make edits before going live. Once you’re satisfied:

  • Click “Publish” to make products visible to buyers.
  • Your products are now live on the marketplace!

7. Order Management

You’ll receive an email or dashboard alert when an order is placed.
 Fulfillment steps:

  1. Vendors are responsible for setting and managing their own shipping policies 
  2. Accurate delivery estimates must be included in listings 
  3. Tracking is required for all physical orders 
  4. Package securely and professionally 
  5. Ship within the committed timeframe
  6. Communicate politely with the buyer if needed 
  7. Orders must be marked as fulfilled once shipped 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping
  • Vendors must honor platform-wide Refund Policy 
  • CuteMesh may step in if buyers initiate disputes or claims

8. Payments & Payouts

CuteMesh.com processes payments securely and releases seller payouts on a regular schedule.

Payouts:

  • Valid KYC verification required
  • Completed order status required (Buyer protection hold)
  • Minimum withdrawal of 50 GHC
  • Linked bank account
  • Payouts are initiated once a week
  • Payouts are sent via bank transfer.

Payments Processing

  • Handled securely via PayStack
  • Customers can pay using:

    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer
    • Mobile Money
    • E-Wallet (CuteMesh credits)
    • CuteMesh Gift Cards

9. Transaction Fees

  • Platform Fee (varies by module):

12. Rules & Compliance

To keep the marketplace safe and fair, all sellers must comply with:

  • Listing Removal
  • Order Holds
  • Account Suspension
  • Permanent Ban (for repeated or severe cases)

Common violations:

  • Listing restricted items
  • Failing to ship or fulfill orders
  • Misleading or false product descriptions
  • Excessive cancellations or complaints

13. Best Practices for Success

  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Ship items within the promised time
  • Use clear, branded product photography
  • Ask for reviews after successful orders
  • Keep your product descriptions honest and up to date
  • Stay informed via vendor newsletter and dashboard alerts
