CuteMesh.com is committed to ensuring that customers receive their purchases quickly, safely, and as described. All vendors are required to follow this policy to maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction on the platform.
2. General Shipping Responsibilities
As a vendor on CuteMesh.com, you are responsible for:
- Setting accurate shipping fees, delivery times, and policies on each listing
- Safely packaging and dispatching products on time
- Providing shipment tracking details, where applicable
- Communicating delays or issues promptly with buyers
- Complying with applicable shipping, customs, and labeling laws
3. Shipping Timeframes
3.1 Order Processing Time
- Vendors must clearly indicate processing time in each listing (i.e., time between order and shipment).
- Typical processing windows: 1–3 business days for in-stock products.
- For made-to-order or custom items, the full lead time must be stated in the listing.
3.2 Delivery Time
- Delivery estimates must be realistic based on your location, carrier, and buyer region.
- Vendors should use reliable carriers and provide tracking where possible.
- If offering local delivery, state eligible delivery zones, days, and time slots.
4. Shipping Methods
In addition to the third-party delivery companies on the platform, Vendors may also offer one or more of the following options on their own on the platform:
- Standard shipping (postal or courier)
- Express/priority shipping
- Pickup (at a physical location)
- Local delivery (by vendor or third party)
Each shipping method must:
- Be clearly described in the listing
- Include applicable fees and expected delivery timeframe
5. Tracking and Confirmation
- For all shipped items, vendors must upload tracking information (if available) into the order dashboard.
- When no tracking is available (e.g., local delivery), vendors must:
- Mark the order as “Delivered”
- Optionally notify the buyer via platform messaging
- Mark the order as “Delivered”
- Items not marked “Shipped” or “Delivered” may be flagged for review.
6. Special Category Guidelines
6.1 Grocery and Perishable Items
- Must be delivered on the same day or within 24 hours of order (unless otherwise stated).
- Vendors must use safe, hygienic, and temperature-appropriate packaging.
- Only local delivery or pickup options are allowed for perishables.
6.2 Event Tickets and Passes
- E-tickets or digital passes must be delivered within 1 hour to 24 hours of purchase.
- Physical tickets must follow standard shipping and be delivered before the event date.
- Vendors must communicate changes (cancellations, reschedules) immediately.
6.3 Rentals
- Vendors must coordinate pickup/delivery schedules in advance with the buyer.
- Clear instructions must be provided for return logistics and security deposit terms.
- If an item is not delivered on time or is returned late/damaged, the vendor must inform the platform and buyer promptly.
7. Delays and Non-Delivery
Vendors must notify the buyer through CuteMesh messages immediately if:
- Shipment is delayed beyond stated timelines
- The item is out of stock or unavailable
- There are issues with courier services or weather interruptions
If a product is not delivered, vendors are required to:
- Investigate the issue
- Refund or replace the item if undelivered and not the buyer’s fault
- Cooperate with CuteMesh.com’s resolution process if escalated
8. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
- Vendors are responsible for setting accurate shipping fees if they are offering the delivery service.
- If offering free shipping, ensure the cost is built into the product price or absorbable by your profit margin.
- Overcharging for shipping or hidden delivery fees is strictly prohibited.
