Contacting customers.

Customers can easily contact you via the “Get Support” buttons displayed on your store page and product listings, if enabled (read this article for more info). They can also contact you using the details you provide in your store settings. If you need to contact a customer, you can do so by viewing their order details. Simply click their order in the ↗ Orders tab of your Vendor dashboard to view their contact info and send them a direct email, or to send them an order note. Read more info here.
