Communication policy.

To ensure that functions effectively, we know that it is important for Vendors and customers to easily communicate. However, to keep everyone in our community safe, we have the following communication guidelines and policies in place:

  • You may not send spam of any kind.
  • You may not use threatening, profane, violent, racist, sexual, defamatory, offensive or abusive language, or hate speech.
  • You may not send viruses, malicious code, or software through our messaging or other services.
  • You may not send anyone inappropriate images including nudity, profanity or other content not related to a listing.
  • You may not misuse any messaging or bidding features.
  • You should respond promptly to customers, and deal with their concerns or problems.
  • You should communicate professionally.

A little kindness goes a long way! Always chat to customers in a friendly, professional and positive way.
