Setting up your return policy.

A return policy is a necessity for every online store. Usually a product warranty sets out exactly what is covered and for how long, while a returns policy defines how you will respond to customer returns, repairs or replacements.

In the ↗ RMA tab of your Vendor dashboard, your RMA policy should address 1) which products can and can’t be returned or refunded, 2) any time limits on returns or refunds, 3) what form the refund will take, such as bank transfer or store credit, and 4) who is responsible for the shipping cost of physical items. Feel free to include anything else that you think may be important! We do provide you with a default return and refund policy, but you may edit it to suit your needs.
