How to accept payments for Supermarket products.

When a customer wants to make a purchase, they will add the product to their shopping cart, checkout and make payment. Once the customer has completed the checkout process, an order will be automatically created with a unique Order ID for you, which can be found in the ↗ Orders menu tab of your Vendor dashboard. Don’t worry, you will receive an email notification if this happens! The Orders menu tab is where you can view and process the order. Customers will be able to make payment using any of our payment methods available:

  • Debit or Credit cards. We support Visa, MasterCard and Verve cards.
  • Mobile Money (in Ghana).
  • PayPal, for those with existing Paypal Accounts.
  • eWallet – simply load money before use.
  • Gift cards purchased on the platform may also be used.

All payments are securely processed – read this article for more info. Payments for Supermarket products should not be made outside of We accept the payment on your behalf and we’ll look after it until you’re ready to withdraw it.
