Tracking sold items

Providing a customer with tracking details after you’ve shipped their order will allow them to follow its journey. It is great peace of mind for them knowing exactly where their order is. Receiving regular shipping updates will help the customer feel more confident that their order will indeed arrive, and most likely when.
