Expected performance.

Because we love our community so much, we hold our Vendors and Customers to a high standard of performance. We are committed to ethical and lawful behaviour, and to acting fairly and professionally at all times. This is why we have created a code of conduct for our both our Vendors and Customers that describes the policies, procedures and principles which they should follow. The expectations we have ensures that the buying and selling experience on is enjoyable or all.

Vendor code of conduct
  • You must be honest, ethical and respectful at all times.
  • You must abide by fair business practices, including truthful and accurate advertising.
  • You may not try to deceive customers.
  • You may not post fake reviews.
  • You may not perform bribery or corruption.
  • You may not perform or encourage any illegal, malicious or unwanted activity.
  • You may not commit or facilitate tax evasion.
  • You must must keep your account and contact details up to date.
  • You must respect intellectual property rights and copyright laws.
  • You must abide by our communication policy, as well as any other policies or terms on our website.
  • You must be very clear and thorough about your terms and conditions, any taxes or other applicable fees, shipping and handling, and your return policy.
  • You must frequently review and update listings to make sure all information (such as inventory status and item condition) is accurate and up to date.
  • You must handle personal information with care, and comply with our privacy policy, as well as privacy and information security laws and regulations.
  • You must create a workplace for your employees that’s free from harsh and inhumane treatment such as sexual harassment and/or corporal punishment, and free from illegal discrimination.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws regarding wages, overtime hours and mandated benefits for your employees.
  • You must comply with all applicable human rights laws, statutes, regulations and codes.
  • You must not behave in a way that conflicts with the spirit and nature of

Any violation of this code of conduct may result in corrective action, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. This includes restrictions of your buying/selling privileges, suspension/termination of your account and referral of the matter to local authorities if necessary.
