Shipping Policy
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in the product listing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to the customer where permitted.
Tracking information will be provided when available. If an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, please contact us through CuteMesh promptly and include your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless the product listing states otherwise.
Any shipping terms or protections provided by CuteMesh will also apply.
Refund Policy
Refund and Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with all included parts, accessories, and tags. We do not accept auction returns, and do not refund on auctions. Auction sales are final.
Returns may not be accepted for:
Customized or personalized products
Used, worn, washed, installed, or damaged items
Personal-care or hygiene-sensitive products after opening
Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
Items returned without prior approval
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us through CuteMesh within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Do not return an item until return instructions have been provided. Unless the return is caused by our error or a defective product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
This policy is subject to CuteMesh’s platform rules and applicable consumer laws. Where those rules or laws provide greater customer protection, they will take priority.
