CuteMesh is a multi-vendor platform, meaning individual vendors sign up to sell on the platform, thus each individual vendor has his or her own return & refund policy. So, for each item you purchase, please check the vendor’s return & refund policy, and agree to it before making the purchase.

We strive to get all vendors to work within our general return & refund policy frame, but they may deviate due to the product being sold and or other existing conditions.

Thus, besides the overall platform policy, the return & refund policy defer from vendor to vendor. Each vendor sets time within which they process refund so once the return & refund period is over, you will not get a refund or exchange.

If you receive a product which is not what was described on the when you made the purchase, you will be eligible for a refund. Refund is applicable in the following cases:

·       Wrong colour

·       Wrong size

·       Wrong quantity

·       Defective

·       Damaged

·       Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase may be required.

There are certain situations in which refunds could not be granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons.

·       For some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any return. Some healthcare products, customized products, undergarments, swimsuits, socks etc and perishables including flowers, edible products cannot be returned due to health & hygiene reasons.

·       Any item for which the return period stated by the vendor on the store has expired.

·       Serial Number is tampered

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, the vendor should send you an email to confirm receipt. Vendor will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (approx. 1 week).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check the method of payment used to make that purchase, since that is the default place the refund will go.  Contact that financial institution.  since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Vendors typically replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact the vendor. If the vendor is not responding as expected, please send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, this may differ from vendor to vendor.
